Two teenage girls were killed in a two-car collision while they were returning from Millerton Lake, about 15 miles from downtown Fresno. According to ABC30, the accident occurred in the town of Friant. The driver, Cecilia Hernandez, 19, of Fresno, allegedly lost control of the car while negotiating a turn.
