A fatal accident has claimed the life of two nineteen year olds in Detroit. Among the two deceased teens was a football player that had just recently graduated from Cass Tech and was widely acclaimed has a rising young talent in football and showed immense potential, as reported by Detroit News.

The dead football player has been identified by authorities as Ke’von Sardin. The accident occurred over the weekend. According to accident investigators, it was a single car crash and no other vehicle was involved. Supposedly, the car occupied by the two 19-year olds ploughed into a tree at considerable speeds.
One teenager was declared dead on the spot by responding emergency medical technicians. The other was rushed in a critical condition to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his head injuries and passed away shortly after being brought in.
The football player’s career was cut short tragically. His coach offered his condolences to the teen’s family and friends and also said that he was a young athlete that had touched many lives and had made several big and crucial plays for the team while he played for them.

A local prosecutor from Wayne County has declared that 29-year old Lorenzo Harris will be tried for the charge of murder after he caused a car accident which claimed the lives of two children in Detroit.
